Delivery

• Delivery & installation is limited to and within (12) months from its date of purchase. 
• You can schedule an installation appointment immediately after you made the purchase with +add-on installation while checkout.
• You are required to inform 3 working days in advance for a change in installation schedule, or shall be charged RM200 for the 2nd delivery + installation.
• Working hours for Installer : Mon-Fri (9-5pm) , Sat (9-1pm), excluding Sun & PH
• Duration of installation will be approximately 60 minutes, after which our technician will perform a basic demonstration on-site.

Installation

• All installations will require water inlet and outlet (3-5m) and electrical points (1.5m).
• All installations will be explained in detail by our installer and commence upon approval from the customer.
• MY SHOPNSAVE GROUP SDN BHD, accepts no responsibility for the damages caused to any wall, pipeline, civil works, etc. during the course of installation.
